A Quick Fall Home Tour
Welcome! Let me take you on a quick fall home tour – my very first one ever!
Would you mind stepping inside through my newly painted green front door?

The Entryway
I love orange accents for fall, but I’m no fan of orange for the rest of the year.

This entryway is a fun space to decorate for the seasons since it got a makeover precisely one year ago.
These thrifted chairs also got a makeover, and I decided to use them instead of a bench for guests to sit on while putting on their shoes.
If you remember the photos from the entryway makeover post, you will know that this is not the same console table. I recently decided to sell that one and use this more traditional console table instead.
How cute and cozy is this pumpkin and gourd that lights up?
The Living Area
This corner, with its neutral fall palette, kind of just happened without planning, and I love that it did! It matches the tones of the gallery wall so well.
These massive pine cones and deer antlers work so well as part of fall decor.
The wreath I hung above the mantle is the very first one I ever made, and I used it for the front door until I made a new fall wreath a couple of weeks ago.
I still find this area above the mantle problematic to decorate. It is too deep, long, and continuous.
I have big plans for this area, but it is not a budget-friendly project. I may DIY a temporary solution soon.
The coffee table is decorated with the chinoiserie pumpkins I made recently. What a fun project that was!
This corner is one of my favorites. Mainly for the view of the fall leaves and bluer-than-blue fall sky, but the blue and white decor is not too bad either!
The Dining Area
I wanted a traditional centerpiece for the dining table, with all the traditional fall colors.
Call me crazy, but I craved this almost old-fashioned vibe.
I used two carved bowls next to each and filled them with floral foam. I randomly added fall stems and faux flowers until they looked full and festive.
The Kitchen
The kitchen island is a massive square that makes one piece of decor look sad and alone.
Three pieces usually do the trick. Here, I used:
- a metal pumpkin
- a cake stand with grass figurines of a fox, a turkey, a squirrel and an owl
- a serving platter with pine cones and acorns
All these just give me all the fall feels!
And that, my friends, is the end of this year’s fall home tour. I hope you enjoyed it, and I hope it left you inspired.
