We made it to the weekend, friends! It has been a full week around here.

So, what happened?

On the blog this week, I shared my 45 favorite fall decor finds.

My youngest got her driver’s license and drove to school all on her own.

Our young music student moved into her dorm room, and I managed not to cry!

My next big project will be painting our kitchen cabinets. After looking at hundreds of color swatches for weeks, I finally chose my favorite this week! I also found the perfect hardware to replace the old cabinet handles.

I decided to share it with you, my special tribe, before showing it on Instagram or anywhere else.

During this whole process, I realized that the names of colors bias me. The name of this color is Jade Tinge (by Behr), and I think it is a good fit.

To my surprise, Behr announced their color of the year for 2022 a few days ago, and it is SO similar! Read about Behr’s Color of the Year for 2022 here.
